The participants will collaborate in small groups and form partnerships with other youth workers and organizations. They will learn about other sustainability projects and their organisation that they represent and share best practices.
The project is designed to support participants' personal and professional growth, improve their social skills such as speaking clearly, listening actively, negotiating, working in teams and fostering international friendships, particularly among young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Given the diverse nature of the training, the youth workers will also improve intercultural competence, by having to work and cooperate in a multicultural environment.
The project will take place in the beautiful natural surroundings of central Slovakia, offering participants a space for inspiration, creative thinking, and personal development.
