Embracing the Feminine Way of Creation: A Journey Through Intuition and Presence

Introduction to Jasna Medvešek and Petra Jazbec

Jasna Medvešek is a teacher, sports educator, and facilitator passionate about supporting women in reconnecting with their bodies through movement, breath, and mindful awareness. Drawing from her experience in education, physical activity, and working with people, she creates gentle and supportive spaces where women can explore vitality, self-care, and embodied well-being. Her work encourages participants to listen to their bodies, move with intention, and discover new pathways to balance, presence, and inner strength.

Petra Jazbec is a facilitator, trainer, and director of Zavod Veles, living on a permaculture farm in Slovenia. With over 15 years of experience in non-formal education, personal development, and international cooperation, she supports individuals and groups in turning ideas into meaningful projects and learning experiences. She is a certified Dragon Dreaming trainer and is passionate about participatory methods, sustainability, and creating spaces for authentic growth and collaboration.

Introduction to a Feminine Approach

In a fast-paced world that often prioritizes productivity and achievement, the concept of creating with presence, trust, and deep listening may feel foreign. However, the feminine way of bringing ideas into existence focuses on collaboration, receptivity, and nurturing one's inner wisdom. This approach invites us to engage with our ideas not through force or rigid planning, but through alignment with who we are at our core.

Reconnecting Through Movement and Mindfulness

In workshops led by experienced facilitators like Jasna Medvešek, participants can rediscover their bodies and minds through gentle movement and mindful practices. Jasna, a teacher and facilitator, encourages women to embrace their vital energies through techniques such as breathwork and soft, nurturing face massage. These methods help in releasing tension and opening the body to its inherent wisdom, allowing for a more profound connection with oneself.

Transforming Dreams into Action with Dragon Dreaming

Once participants feel grounded in their bodies, they can transition into more structured processes like Dragon Dreaming, facilitated by Petra Jazbec. This unique participatory method emphasizes the importance of intuition and collaboration in project development. With over 15 years of experience in facilitating personal growth, Petra highlights how feminine qualities like care and creativity can serve as the backbone for successful projects.

The Dragon Dreaming approach reframes the creation process—encouraging participants to allow their ideas to emerge organically, rather than being forced into existence. By creating safe and supportive environments, participants can explore their dreams, discuss their visions, and take practical steps towards manifesting them in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling.

Creating Differently: Embracing Authentic Expression

This journey is not just about individual dreams but extends to community initiatives and collective visions. Women from diverse backgrounds come together to reflect on what truly matters to them and how they wish to contribute to their communities. The emphasis is on creating spaces that foster ongoing dialogue and authentic growth, allowing for fruitful collaborations that are enjoyable and meaningful.

In essence, this workshop isn't merely a collection of activities; it’s a celebration of feminine energy as a powerful tool for positive change. Whether participants are rejuvenating their personal aspirations or sparked by the desire to initiate community projects, they find a gentle yet inspiring environment to pause, listen, dream, and begin.
